Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a method of removing dents from a vehicle without repainting. While we do PDR as part of our hail damage repair services, we don’t advertise it as a standalone service because it’s usually part of a full insurance claim.
We can fix hail damage, small dents, and dings as long as the paint isn't damaged. Most repairs are covered by insurance claims, and we'll let you know upfront if it qualifies.
We aim for fast turnarounds. Some jobs are done same day, but depending on the insurance company, approval can take several days. We don’t hold your car longer than needed and keep you updated every step.
Yes. If your vehicle has multiple hail dents or related issues, we handle everything in one appointment if possible. We even pick up and deliver your car for free.
If your bumper was damaged in a hailstorm, we can repair it as part of your insurance claim. We don’t focus on general bumper repairs outside of hail-related damage.
Yes. We fix hail-damaged windshields and windows, and it’s usually covered by your insurance claim.
No. At Dent Connect, we cover your deductible. You pay $0 out of pocket for hail damage repair if it’s covered by insurance.
If you absolutely need a rental car, we may cover the cost and choose the car depending on your situation. Just let us know and we’ll help you out if you have qualifying hail damage.
We still want to help. Talk to us and we’ll figure out a way to get your car fixed affordably, even if you’re not insured.
You’ll need to file the claim, but we can help you do it. After that, we handle the rest, including dealing with the adjuster, supplements, and repair approvals.
